Privacy Policy
Effective date: 09-10-2026
This Privacy Policy describes how KidInspector gathers, uses, stores, discloses and safeguards information when you browse our website, register an account, work in the web dashboard, install or connect the app, write to support, or use any other KidInspector service.
KidInspector is operated by Capital Prime LLC, United States, 4300 Ridgecrest Dr SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124. Phone: +1 (561) 528 3779. Support email: [email protected].
Read this document carefully. If you are not comfortable with the practices set out below, please do not use KidInspector.
1. About KidInspector
KidInspector is a parental control and family device monitoring app for Android, Windows and macOS. It lets parents and other authorized users see activity from connected devices through a web dashboard.
The service is intended for responsible use on devices you own, on a minor child's device where the law permits it, on household devices governed by clear rules, or on any device you are legally entitled to monitor and have the required consent for.
Making sure your use of KidInspector complies with applicable law, and that any required notice or consent has been given to the person using the monitored device, is your responsibility.
2. Our Role in Processing Information
Depending on the type of information involved and the circumstances of processing, Capital Prime LLC may act as a data controller, a business, a processor or a service provider under the privacy laws that apply.
For information relating to accounts, the website, billing, support, security and service administration, Capital Prime LLC generally decides why and how that information is processed.
For monitored-device activity submitted to KidInspector at an account holder's direction, Capital Prime LLC may process the information on that account holder's behalf. It is the account holder who must have a valid legal basis for monitoring the device and processing the information it contains.
3. Information We Collect
What we collect varies with how you use KidInspector, the plan you selected, the device platform, the permissions that were enabled, device settings and the features available to you.
The categories below may apply.

4. How We Use Information
Information is used to deliver, maintain, secure and improve KidInspector.
We may use it to:
- create and administer your account
- give you access to the web dashboard
- connect devices and let you manage KidInspector settings for them
- display activity reports and other supported feature data
- handle subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds and invoices
- answer support requests and troubleshoot problems
- send account, billing, service, security and technical notices
- improve the website, the dashboard, app performance and the overall experience
- investigate bugs, errors, crashes and technical faults
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and unlawful use
- enforce our Terms of Use and our rules on responsible use
- meet legal, tax, accounting, security and regulatory obligations
- bring, exercise or defend legal claims
- protect the rights, safety and security of users, of KidInspector, of Capital Prime LLC and of others
We do not make monitored-device activity data available for covert surveillance services, for stalking or for unauthorized tracking. KidInspector was built for responsible family monitoring and parental control.
5. Legal Bases for Processing, Where Applicable
Depending on where you are, the privacy laws that apply may require us to identify a legal basis for processing personal information.
Where that is the case, we may rely on:
- Performance of a contract: to open and administer your account, provide subscriptions, run the dashboard, deliver the features you asked for and answer support requests
- Consent: where you have agreed to a specific kind of processing, or where the law requires consent
- Legitimate interests: to keep KidInspector running, secure and improving, to communicate with users, to prevent abuse and to encourage responsible use
- Legal obligations: to satisfy tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, security or law-enforcement requirements
- Protection of vital interests: where processing is necessary to protect someone's safety or to prevent serious harm, and the law permits it
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we weigh those interests against the rights and interests of the people whose information is being processed.
Obtaining any consent, or giving any notice, that is required before a device is monitored remains your responsibility.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money.
Disclosure may occur in the situations described below.
6.1 Service Providers
Information may be shared with providers that help us run KidInspector, including:
- hosting and cloud-infrastructure providers
- payment processors
- email and communication providers
- analytics providers
- customer-support tools
- security and fraud-prevention providers
- technical maintenance and development contractors
Such providers may process information only as far as is needed to perform their services for us, and in line with their contractual and legal duties.
6.2 Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it necessary to:
- comply with the law, a regulation, legal process, a court order or a valid government request
- enforce our Terms of Use or our other policies
- investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents or prohibited use
- bring, exercise or defend legal claims
- protect the rights, property, privacy or safety of users, of Capital Prime LLC, of KidInspector or of others
6.3 Business Transfers
Should Capital Prime LLC take part in a merger, acquisition, financing round, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy or comparable transaction, information may pass to the other party as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
6.4 With Your Direction or Permission
We may share information when you ask us to, when you give us permission, or when you use a feature that cannot work without such a disclosure.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
KidInspector may place cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools and comparable technologies on the website and in the dashboard.
They may serve to:
- keep you signed in
- remember your preferences
- show us how the website is used
- measure page performance
- improve the experience of using the site
- detect security problems
- support analytics or marketing activity where that is permitted
Cookies can be managed from your browser settings. Where a Cookie Policy or a cookie-preferences tool is available, it explains the categories in use and the choices open to you.
Cookie Policy: Cookie Policy
8. Data Retention
Information is kept only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer.
How long that is depends on:
- the type and sensitivity of the information
- the purpose it was collected for
- the status of your account
- the status of your subscription
- legal, tax, accounting and billing requirements
- fraud-prevention and security needs
- dispute resolution and legal claims
- technical backup cycles
- your support history
- any other applicable legal obligation
Once information is no longer needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, aggregate it or otherwise dispose of it securely, following our retention and deletion procedures.
Some information may persist for a limited period in backups, security logs or fraud-prevention records before it is deleted, overwritten or de-identified.
9. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You can delete your KidInspector account from your account settings, or write to [email protected] and ask us to delete it.
Deletion removes your access and deletes or de-identifies the related account data in line with our deletion procedure, except where information must be kept for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or compliance reasons.
Deleting an account does not remove the app from a monitored device. Capital Prime LLC has no physical access to that device and cannot uninstall the app there on your behalf.
To stop monitoring altogether you have to uninstall KidInspector from the monitored device, following the removal instructions for Android, Windows or macOS.
10. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure.
Those measures may include access controls, account authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure infrastructure, monitoring, internal policies and restricted access to personal information.
Even so, no system, website, app, storage method or internet transmission is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Keeping your credentials confidential is your responsibility, as is telling us promptly if you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that cover you, you may be entitled to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you
- request a copy of that personal information
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
- have personal information deleted
- object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it
- withdraw consent where processing rests on consent
- ask for certain information to be ported elsewhere
- opt out of certain processing activities where that applies
- appeal a decision on a privacy-rights request, where an appeal is available
- complain to the relevant data-protection authority
- exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination
These rights are not unlimited and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise them, write to [email protected], describing your request and identifying the account or information concerned.
We may have to verify your identity before we can act. Where the law allows, a request may be refused or narrowed if we cannot verify who you are or if a legal exception applies.
12. International Users and Data Transfers
KidInspector is run by Capital Prime LLC from the United States. If you use the service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our providers operate.
Privacy laws in those countries may not be the same as the ones where you live.
Where the law requires it, we apply appropriate safeguards to international transfers of personal information.
13. Children's Privacy
KidInspector is addressed to parents and other authorized adults. It is not meant for children to open or run monitoring accounts of their own.
The service may process information from a child's device once a parent or another authorized adult has set up monitoring where the law permits it. The account holder is responsible for the lawfulness of that monitoring and for giving any notice or obtaining any consent that is required.
Because children's information often carries additional protection under applicable law, parents and authorized users should enable only the features reasonably necessary for their family safety purposes.
If you believe a child has opened a KidInspector account without proper authorization, write to us at [email protected].
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The KidInspector website or dashboard may link to third-party websites, services, payment providers, app platforms or support tools.
We are not answerable for how third parties handle privacy. Their services run under their own policies and terms.
Read those policies before you hand any third-party service your personal information.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our data practices, the technology we use or our legal obligations.
Whenever we make a change, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page is revised.
Where a change is material, we may give additional notice through the website, the dashboard, an email to your account or another suitable channel. Where the law requires consent before a material change is applied to information already collected, we will obtain it.
We suggest re-reading this page from time to time.
